Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ banana or apple
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup Silk® Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
- 1 serving French Vanilla or Vanilla Chai Vega One Nutritional Shake
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth and enjoy! Tip: Freeze extra pumpkin puree in mounds on wax paper ahead of time, then place in bags and store in the freezer for pumpkin pie smoothies all year long.
