I’m excited for you to try my newest hip butt and thigh leg workout, the 30-minute lower body mini band workout. This workout only requires resistance bands and mini bands which means that you can do it anywhere! Resistance bands and mini bands are great for travel and a perfect addition to your home workout space without taking up much room. A mini band is a small continuously-looped band that you wrap above your knees or ankles. It mobilizes your hips, activates your glutes, enhances your performance, and reduces your risk of injury.
