You asked for a workout that you could do if you were a beginner or looking for a low impact cardio and strength routine to help you lose weight. I listened to your requests and Im excited to share my latest low impact cardio and strength workout for plus size or beginners looking to start your weight loss journey! You dont need any equipment to enjoy this workout, just your body and a little bit of space!

If you are extremely overweight, you want to focus on LOW IMPACT exercises and avoid high impact exercises such as jumping or running because it can be extremely stressful on your joints and may cause injuries. Exercise helps your body lose weight by improving your insulin sensitivity, using calories for energy, and building larger muscles that require more energy.
